Your self esteem has an impact in every aspect of your life, like your relationships, physical condition, work and even your finances.

It is the source of your success, fulfillment, well-being and happiness.

If you think this is a bold statement, think again.

Where you are right now is the result of experiences you had and choices and decisions you have made during your whole life.

And those decisions were made based on your emotions and self beliefs.

For example:

  • Did you apply for that job you wanted or not because you thought you had no chance?
  • Did you invite that girl/boy you liked for a date or not because you felt she/he wouldn't be interested in you?
  • Do you reject party invitations because there is too much people you don't know and fear you would feel inadequate? Or just because you put on some weight lately and don't fit in those cool jeans anymore.
  • Do you procrastinate by fear of failing?
  • Do you get offended easily and despise rejection and criticism?
  • Do you find it difficult to have healthy relationships
  • Are you jealous, anxious, fearful and on... and on... and on...


How you perceive yourself, your self image, is directly linked to how you perceive the world and how you react to it.

Only self respect and a healthy self esteem can lead you to fulfillment, peace, well-being and over all, authentic happiness.
